Product availability : Whilst we endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, the fabrics are also sold in store and may at any time be out of stock or unavailable. If an item which you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable we will notify you straightaway.

Fabric colour : We have made every effort to portray the colours of our products as accurately as possible however fabric colours may differ slightly from the actual product depending on the brightness and contrast settings between different computer monitors. If you are unsure about the colour of a product or require colour matching, please contact us either via phone (08) 8346 8445 or email@example.com for a fabric sample prior to ordering.
Fabric length : Most fabrics are ordered in 0.25cm increments, with some exceptions. We have chosen this small increment so you are able to purchase as close to your required amount as possible. Exceptions to note in particular, are bridal laces, beaded laces and trims which are cut ‘following the pattern’ as opposed to a ‘straight cut’. Please view each individual product information regarding the minimum cut or if you are unsure/have other queries, please contact us. All fabric lengths are cut in continuous lengths, for example quantity 2 = 2 units in one continuous piece. So if you require 1 metre of a fabric sold by 1/4 metre, you will need to select quantity of 4.

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed, subject to stock availability. All orders are delivered via Australia post – please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on your postcode.
At this stage we only ship to customers within Australia. We do not offer any international shipping. Express delivery is available on request.
LOCAL PICKUP orders – we strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible and we will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup either via email or phone.
EXPRESS SHIPPING – if you would like to pay extra for express shipping, please proceed with your order and leave a note at checkout. We will then contact you for extra payment.
Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we do not offer any exchanges, refunds or credits if you change your mind or if the product ordered does not meet your requirements. We also do not offer any exchanges, refunds or credits on any sale items. If you are unsure whether a particular product will be suitable for your requirements, or if you need to match a specific colour/texture/weight we recommend that you contact us for a fabric sample prior to ordering.
At DK Fabrics, we triple check all orders to ensure all products are of top quality with no flaws before packing your order. If you believe your item is incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact us either by phone or email as soon as possible after receipt of your order.
Cancellation of Order
If you need to amend or cancel an order after it has been placed, please call our store on (08) 8346 8445 as soon as possible during store opening hours and we can assist you with this.
